Return & Refund Policy

We want every Vedamantra order to reach you fresh, intact and exactly as described. If something isn't right on arrival, here's how we make it right.

↩ 14-Day Return Policy — Unopened Products Only
For hygiene and safety reasons, we accept returns only for products with packaging unopened, sealed and untampered. Once the seal is broken or the product has been used, the item cannot be returned. This is a standard practice across India's personal care industry.

Return Policy

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  2. The product packaging must be unopened, sealed and untampered. The outer pouch, inner seal, and all original packaging must be intact.
  3. Once the seal is broken or the product has been touched/used, we cannot accept the return — this is a non-negotiable hygiene and safety requirement.
  4. To initiate a return, email us at support@vedamantra.shop within 14 days of delivery, with your Order ID and reason. We'll confirm within 24 hours.
  5. For self-shipped returns, pack the unopened product securely and use a reliable courier with tracking. Share the tracking details and Order ID to support@vedamantra.shop.
  6. For returns where we are not at fault (wrong variant ordered, change of mind, etc.), a reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund.
  7. For exchanges: follow the return process for the unopened item, and we'll issue store credit or a discount code to place a new order.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed for unopened returns received within 14 days of delivery, or for items confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival.
  2. Once your return is received and the seal/packaging is quality-checked, we'll email you to confirm receipt and approval status.
  3. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  4. FREE shipping charges paid on the original order are not refunded if you're returning due to change of mind.

Defective or Damaged on Arrival

  1. If your product arrives with damaged packaging, a broken seal, or a manufacturing defect, email us at support@vedamantra.shop within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Please include a clear photo or short video showing the defect or damage, along with your Order ID.
  3. After verification, we will offer a free replacement or full refund — your choice. Return shipping in this case is borne fully by Vedamantra.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products — any product where the outer pouch or inner seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with
  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery
  • Items not in original packaging or with missing components (e.g. missing the FREE Premium Brush gift)
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or contamination after delivery
  • Items purchased with a heavy discount during sale events (unless defective on arrival)

Haven't Received Your Refund Yet?

  1. First check your bank account or UPI app — it can take 1–2 business days to reflect after we process.
  2. Contact your bank or card provider — processing times vary based on the card/bank used.
  3. If you've done both and still haven't received it after 7 business days, write to us at support@vedamantra.shop with your Order ID and we'll trace it for you.
⚠️ Security Notice: Vedamantra will never ask for your Credit/Debit card number, CVV, OTP, or banking password to process a refund. If anyone claims to be from Vedamantra and asks for these details, do not share them and report it to us immediately at support@vedamantra.shop.
